Privacy Policy

XMR.sarl is built to be anonymous. This policy explains what little data exists, why, and how it is handled. Short version: we don't know who you are, and we keep it that way.

1. What we do NOT collect

• No name, no email address, no phone number
• No identity documents, no KYC/AML verification files
• No analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no social plugins
• No third-party login services

2. What we do collect

• Account data: a random nickname, a hashed login key, and a numeric balance. The key itself is never stored in plain form after your session ends.
• Wagering data: bets, Plinko plays, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction notes needed to operate the service and settle bets (this appears on the public leaderboard as your nickname only).
• Session cookie: a single session cookie keeps you logged in. It contains no personal data and expires when you log out or close the browser.

3. Monero & the blockchain

Deposits and withdrawals are Monero transactions. Monero obscures senders, receivers, and amounts, but the blockchain itself is public infrastructure outside our control. Your deposit addresses are generated per transaction and are not linked to any identity.

4. Your control

• You can withdraw your entire balance at any time the only data you truly own on this platform is your key.
• Abandoning your key effectively erases the association between you and the account, since no identity was ever attached.
• No email/phone exists in our system, so we cannot send you anything including marketing. There is nothing to unsubscribe from.
