Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of XMR.sarl ("the Site", "we", "us"). By accessing or using XMR.sarl, generating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the XMR.sarl.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You must ensure that using this Site is legal in your country or jurisdiction. We do not verify your location and it is your sole responsibility to comply with local law.

2. Anonymous accounts & your login key

• XMR.sarl issues a randomly generated account with a secret login key. This key is the only credential.
• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or identity documents. Consequently, lost keys cannot be recovered and balances tied to a lost key are irretrievable.
• You are fully responsible for storing your key securely. Anyone holding your key controls the balance. Never share it no staff member will ever ask for it.
• One account per person. Creating accounts to abuse bonuses, exploits, or settlement errors is prohibited.

3. Deposits & withdrawals

• XMR.sarl operates exclusively in Monero (XMR).
• Minimum deposit: 0.015 XMR. Each deposit receives a unique one-time address; send the exact amount shown.
• Deposits are credited automatically after network confirmation. Sending from an exchange that deducts a fee may result in a short-credit; the credited amount equals the amount actually received.
• Minimum withdrawal: 0.015 XMR. Withdrawals are processed manually, normally within 1 hour, and paid to the XMR address you specify. Incorrect addresses are your responsibility Monero transactions cannot be reversed.

4. Betting rules

• A bet is final once placed and confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the user.
• Markets: 1 = home win, X = draw, 2 = away win. Sports without draws (e.g. basketball, hockey in regular time where noted) offer two-way markets only.
• Results are graded from official competition sources. A result awarded after the fact (appeals, disqualifications, walkovers) does not change an already-graded event.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or not played within a reasonable window, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded. Accumulator legs reduced accordingly (odds recalculated).

5. Prohibited use

• Use by minors, or on behalf of a minor.
• Automated play, bots, scraping, or exploitation of bugs. Discovered vulnerabilities should be reported, not abused.

6. Responsible gambling

Betting should be entertainment, not income. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, stop, and seek help from a local support organisation. You may stop using the xmr.sarl at any time simply by withdrawing your balance.
